Pangea Cafe & Bar

Prior to opening Pangea Cafe & Bar, chef Kev Ashade realized the great importance of obtaining shrimp and grits on the menu, regardless of whether it was for catering events or pop-ups. Now, it holds a long-lasting location on his restaurant’s “chef selections.” Pangea’s Shrimp and Grits ($28) will come with a hearty serving of creamy stone-floor grits, cherry tomatoes, peppers and blackened shrimp.
